So you advice me to use 1660 super with that mobo'''asrock h61m-vg4 ''' and that CPU i7 3770 ?

This is Asrock, still is a thing. Natively you just need a x16 pciE slot, and this motherboard manifacturer isn't any 'famous' for screwing things up, like some other motherboard manifacturers. If it was a medion motherboard or socket 1156, or if you wanted to try 3090 on it, I'd think more about it and then risk 'd be higher, but nah. Most likely then it'd work fine, too. It'd be amazing not to work with the VG4.; Gen. 16 (1650, 1660 with their Supers and Ti's) often do pretty good job on old and otherwise weak systems, so mb there is also some extra good optimisation about such things, too.
no problems will happen...

I'd prefer the 1660 Super in such a situation. As for the possible, it is possible. Anyway, for the RTX it would make me feel somewhat better if putting RTX in the newest possible socket 1155-mobos, but nevermind. You will put a pciE 3.0 videocard in a motherboard with pciE 2.0 slot, thus producing a minimal bottleneck with both GPUs.
GTX 1080 and RTX 2060 are GPUs where I wonder if the CPU bottleneck may become much and it may be not really worth the extra money over the 1660 Super/Ti/1070. I mean, you'd have the RTX technology with the 2060, but I am not sure it justifies it.
If you take something like a GTX 1070, at least you'd have extra 2 GB of VRAM, but an upgrade such as RTX 2060 or GTX 1080 makes me wonder if it's worth it.
FPS afterward may be too close to what'd happen with a 1070 or 1660 Ti/Super.

I think it's not worth asking him/replying anymore things, friend.
The OP's status is marked as 'Banned', seems like it's because he has posted multiple same/similar threads or something such. He/she maybe misunderstood the rules... I guess the OP now cannot even see our replies.
yes i was suspended i think cuz i ' posted multiple same/similar threads ' i didnt notice i did it two times ,, and its worth it to replying me cuz i can read that from GMAIL, thanks anyway

99-100% you'll have no issues. Just put latest driver, and that's it.

How would you feel if you give them extra 100, 200 or whatever dollars/euro for gaining 1-2% more fps, or even not that much? Well, if you upgrade cpu/ram later on, it'd show some more performance with the RTX later on with upgrades, but I've seen more than twice an user with the same cpu complaining about bottlenecks with an RTX GPU or GTX 1080, so for now it's not really worth it. You don't even get some more videoram with the extra money spent, so....this is s.th. that I'd do if I was you, too - just getting the 1660 Super and put the remaining money on another PSU or s.th. else. I'd even consider putting just a 1660, but most likely price difference isn't much. The 3770 should keep up fine or almost fine with s.th. like a 980 Ti, 1660 Super/Ti or 1070, but from there on no guarantee you'd benefit from the GPU speed.

AErocool psu 650 w 80+ bronze
A mediocre/low-end thing. I'm not very deep into the PSU quality things, but the reviews and assessments made me reject the Aerocool options of this type some months ago.
But this thing has a warranty, I guess? Gen. 16 doesn't care too much, while with RTX it's some different. It should work with the gpu...how fine, how quiet and how long, I don't know.
If you decide to change PSU now or later, you can check the tier list here:

Thanks dud you save me a lot of time
things i understand is :
1- no problem using this old Mobo
2- stay with 1660super no need to RTX with my system
3- if i wanted to Add any GPU more then 1660super i will need to change the build to gain more performance
4- Changing the PSU for using 1660S

my last Question please
i have seen this ' PSU Tier List 4.0 rev. 14.4 ' i didn"t understand it ,, so many PSU with many names just tell me a good one can be used with the "1660Super " & i7 3770

thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanks aloooot dud

Sometimes, the RX 5600 XT is available on sale around the same price as the 1660 Super, but it performs much better.

As for PSU recommendations: click on the first link in my signature. That write-up is my go-to, must-read for PSUs.

You'll also find that Aerocool is among the many, many brands of PSUs on the "avoid at all costs" section.

i think about the RX 5600 XT but the problem here in Morocco it"s cost a lot...
( 5800Dhs = 600 dollars )
thats why i will go with NVIDIA ... cheaper

for the PSU :
is this one is good ""Corsair CV650 80PLUS Bronze 650W ''''

Prefer CX / RM / RMx, not CV. You'd literally better try your Aerocool and wait till getting money for s.th. better than the CV. CV's not bad, but is still somewhat mediocre.
then for the PSU CX , RM , RMX are the good then CV ,,

then CORSAIR CX650M V2 650W 80+ bronze is better then the AeroCool 650 w 80+ bronze ???

sorry for too many question cuz last year i lost a PSU and i don't know much about hardware
and thanks
