Help 19 inch LCD

Hi, does anyone knows NEC 1970NX and 1960NXi, which panel are they using and which one is better.
Viewsonic and Samsung are too bright for me and also I am not too crazy about the games. Try to find one good for the video.
Any information will be appreciated!!!
