Hi, I have bought 2 monitors and 1 Geforce GTX 660ti, I have one dvi-I to vga adapter to plug one monitor in, How would i go about plugging the other monitor in, if that is possible? thanks

^^^ I doubt that would work. ^^^
But I guess its worth a try at 7$.

Anyway OP. Modern GPUs ONLY have 1 analog(VGA) compatible output, the other ones are ALL digital outputs.

So at least one monitor NEEDS to be digital. If you can, return one monitor and swap it for one with a DVI or HDMI input.

Why would that not work?

As said above. HDMI has a native DIGITAL output, a VGA only monitor only has ANALOG input support, a VGA monitor will not even know what to do with the digital data from a HDMI port unless the signal is converted BEFORE it reaches the monitor.

For that you would need a converter that actively converts digital signal to analog. Those are not just 6$. They cost close to 50$.

Because some monitors have both a digital AND analog capability, in which case they are often capable of decoding and displaying either a digital or analog input that runs into the HDMI or VGA port.

Right at the bottom on that page : "Please consult your VGA card's user manual to ensure that your video card supports digital signal output through your VGA port."

You like arguing with the veterans? :)

Thanks very much, After two months of waiting for it to arrive it finally turned up and It worked!

You're welcome, Glad I could help :)
