My power supply died and took my motherboard & cpu with it. I was looking for a combo of PSU+CPU+mobo for $250? I have a GTX 950 and 1600 MHz RAM.

ok that last one you said you should really not buy if you have the money spend 60$ for a evga bronze 500/600W psu it would be the best psu for you with that build.
do get the cpu and mobo that was reccomended

i put that just in case he doesn't have the money for the first one, but the first one is much much better and i would highly reccomend spending the extra money on it

no dont get ether unless you HAVE to spend 5-15 dollars more for a evga bronze 500/600W it does not compare to the performance of the two you showed

so he should drop his CPU to get a better PSU if he cant afford it?
I totally agree with him getting the 80+ bronze it is significantly better than the other one and is much safer but if he absolutely doesn't have the extra $14 for some reason (considering this is already over budget) or if he wanted a 500 watt http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027 which would cost almost 30$ more.
If he wanted to upgrade his GPU then yes he would have to buy another PSU no matter what he got

Not knowing your old parts I can only take a guess here... I'll post one over budget but with better parts and one at budget with lower performance. You can shave off dollars but I'm not going to recommend you lower quality components.
