[HELP] 3.0 USB Case with 2.0 USB Motherboard

I'm sure this question has been asked before but I did not feel the answers were accurate enough for my problem.
The Antec 302 comes with a 20 pin connector for the 2 front 3.0 usb ports.
I am relatively new to building computers but I picked up the 302 as an upgrade to old case.

I would like to ask what options do I have in order to use the front panel usb ports? What types of adapters are there?

g31 chipset doesn't support usb 3.0 technology... and i dont think they have any type of converting adapter for 20pin usb 3.0 to fit on your mobo.
