Question HELP 3090 Performing Poorly

What do you guys make of this? I know my way around PC troubleshooting but am by no means an expert. I cant figure out what is going on with this card I have. Recently playing MW2 and sometimes I launch the game and its stuck at around 30 FPS. This is what got me to start looking into it. Then I pull this benchmark and I have no idea what to make of it. Why is my GPU getting so low FPS? Also, why did none of my drives show up? Relatively new to UserBenchmark so I could be missing something on how it works as well but I'm guessing not? I would greatly appreciate any help with this from people who actually know what they are doing.

motherboard bios is old

Ok that makes sense. PSU is Corsair HX1000 Watt Platinum
I've heard updating BIOS can be a nightmare if done wrong. Could just that be causing an issue like this?

first get at least 20% free space on each ssd. then redo the test

Beside freeing space as suggested, you also need to close MSI afterburner or any othe OC utility while running UserBenchmark. Also the CPU usage is high so close any other application while you run it.
