Dumb question but you mean Celsius right? 😀 What CPU? Sounds like you need to redo the thermal paste.

Yes celsius and i dont think redoing thermal paste should be needed since the last time i did was probably 4 months ago using Arctic silver 5

Just recently

Just for kicks and giggles try redoing the thermal paste and cleaning the cpu off. It is a cheap option and it will rule out cpu grease.
