Help 75 Hertz Display monitor

Hello,

I am having a little difficulties with a monitor I have. It supports a max resolution of 1680x1050p at 60Hz, but at 1440x900p and below it does 75Hz. I know this works cause with my older ATI Radeon x800pro it runs 75Hz all the time.

I currently have it plugged into a motherboard and the CPUs Intel HD 4000 iGPU. However the intel control panel is only letting me run at 60Hz regardless of resolution.

Help figuring out whats wrong with this would be appreciated.
I am about to play the original Bioshock on it encase you were curious.

Looked a little closer at the available refresh rates, it allowing me to setup 1280x1024 with a 75Hz refresh rate, and a few lower refresh rates, but not 1440x900. Kinda weird.
