Hi there!

I'm looking to build a new PC for up to 900-950$. I really want i7 6700k cpu,1060 gtx gpu and 32gb of ddr4 RAM, but at the moment I'm not thinking about oc'ing cpu, so I can't decide whether I need this motherboard because I don't fit to my budget.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I already have Corsair CX600 psu, some shitty case and WD Black 1TB hdd.

Take a look at my current build and please be kind to make some adjustments. Thanks a lot!

First replace that PSU before it causes any trouble.

Thank you so much! But:

How come that PSU isn't good?

And why would I want 2GB VRAM 750ti instead of 6GB 1060 gtx?

And that memory? Never heard of it before.

And why the frequency is only 2.1ghz on that xeon? o_O

And I also want quiet system, so I'm looking for a little bit quieter cpu cooler.

Besides I'm looking for a little bit bigger SSD. Im gonna need it!

Video rendering is CPU intense and not GPU intense.

More number of cores help a lot in comparison to higher clock speed. Therefore I went with 8core Xeon instead of 4core i7.

For video rendering GPU is not required so went for low end GPU. The reason I included a GPU is that in some other applications it can be used.

That is very low level PSU and has high chances of shorting which can effect other components too.

You can choose which ever CPU cooler you want.

To get a bigger SSD your budget will go up by $50-60 is it okay with you. Or you can go with GT740 instead on GTX750Ti and save some money.

And if I wanted to play something using Xeon it wouldn't work too well, would it?

Thanks a lot! Is there a huge leap between, lets say, 6700k and your recommended xeon cpus when we talk about video editing?
