[SOLVED] Help a Home Building Novice Identify the Bottlenecks on my Ryzen 9 3900X Build

I have posted once on this build before, but have made a number of improvements for my plan for now and the future. I do not plan to upgrade the GPU to a better one until the shortage dies down a bit, but still wanted a solid GPU for now without dropping $1500 on that alone. I already have the case, but not the other items listed. Please help me point out the details of where I am or will be bottle necked. Thanks for taking the time!

Being that CPU can handle any GPU out there....the limiting factor regarding graphics and game playing is going to be the GPU.

I assumed that would be the main item not up to par with the rest. I also don't know that much about monitors as far as what is overkill and what returns benefit me aside from knowing I want an IPS panel with a solid refresh rate, response time, and aspect ratio. I also can't go much larger than 27" given my setup area.

That's still a pretty potent GPU/CPU combo.
That GPU and CPU should be able to play pretty much any game on ultra at 60 fps plus.
...and on some games I think you will get a lot more fps than that.
I think that's a good GPU for 1920x1080.

Don't worry about bottlenecks until you actually see a performance issue, as in, it's not getting the performance you want and you're certain the hardware isn't up to snuff.
