I built a new pc and here are the specs CPU: i5-8400
Motherboard: Asus Rog B360g
GPU: Zotac 1070TI extreme amp
Ram: 1 Stick 8gb ddr4
CASE NEXT h500
Psu: Evga 550W G3
My problem is I haven't installed windows yet and i only have a tv and i tried to to connect my pc using HDMI but it won't post I tried removing my gpu and using the MOTHERBOARD HDMI but still no result.

I would suggest unplugging the 24-pin and the CPU power cable and then plug them back in. Since the EVGA G3 550 watt PSU is modular, do the same at both ends of the cables.

The 550 watt power supply is sufficient for the graphics card. The ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1070 Ti AMP Extreme requires 500 watts and a 6-pin and 8-pin PCIE power cable.

Have you tried reseating the CPU? Are there any diagnostic LEDs lit up on the motherboard? They will be detailed in the motherboard manual.

Also since these are new components, keep an eye on the return period of the retailer where they were purchased. Depending upon where you purchased them from you have 30 days to return components. If the deadline is looming, return the RAM, motherboard and CPU (if the problem isn't resolved).

That depends upon the monitor. If you are using a TV, HDMI is probably your only route. But if you have a VGA monitor cable and your TV has a VGA input, you can try it. It would be a test on the HDMI cable. Or try another HDMI cable. Or even try a different TV.

Without being able to tell where the problem is, it is hard to troubleshoot. Try purchasing a case speaker (they are just a few $). That will help.

But be prepared to return the RAM motherboard, and CPU before the return period ends.

About the return period the MOTHERBOARD only thing that have insurance but the rest don't the return period here in Saudi Arabia is 3 days so i think I am fucked if it doesn't work on monitor
