Help a real nub with Overclock

Here is the build i made (all parts are bought)

I need help with overclocking
i tryed to use the suite they give with the MOBO but that was making my system crash

I did run a mem86 test and my ram have no error
After uninstalling the suite the computer is stable and no crash or whatsoever

now i need help (detailled) to adjust the computer i want to O.C. while staying in the safe zone so if u are good at that and wana help it would b a life saver (My ram is running at 600 cauz the voltage is not high enough)

my main language is french but i speak english fine

WARNING: Overclocking voids warranty. If you have a new PC, better not go for the overclock. Safe zone and overclock are inversely proportional. Overclock increases and your stability decreases. If you really wish to overclock, you should read your mobo manual. It has (some) info on how to do it.
