Help! a very has anyone else had problems with a new Sony Vaio?

Hi, I have a 9 month old vaio vpcj21m1e which worked fine till just over a month ago. Programs I run are for design, QuarkXpress, Adobe Acrobat and Word mainly. No games or videos. All of a sudden the program I'm working on goes "not responding", closes, and then I alternately get black screen - lots of text and operating system not found ..... and then blue screen Kernal Data inpage error. You have guessed it - sorry I'm a very untechnical lady, really just trying to understand a little more before asking for help.

It could be anything, brotha. What are the BSOD codes?

Download, and run. It will pull up your BSODs.
