Help about new Computer graphic card setup

Hello I have a question about my computer setup I want to get new graphic card but I dont know if everything will be alright. My computer properties are:
Processor AMD Athlon(tm) II x4 640 processor. 3.00 GHz
RAM: 8 GB
Graphic card: GeForce GT 440
And I want to change my GeForce GT 440 to GeForce GTX 660 OC, 2GB will evrything will work with new graphic card ?

Depends on your motherboard. A useful website for you would be pc part picker. Select all your current parts there and then change the parts you want to upgrade. it'll tell you if there are any compatibility issues automatically. That way you never have to wonder.
