HELP!!!acer 5742-4768 won't start up!!running windows 7

I get a blue screen!!!!and it will only let me do safe mode command prompt????? not sure what to do!!!

Try typing this in the prompt:
%SystemRoot%\System32\rstrui.exe

It may allow you to restore your setup.
Other than that you may have some sort of recovery CD from Acer that can help.

OK I got the recovery disk from acer and still didn't work....
