I am looking for an affordable 1 piece 4gb ram for MoBo M5A97 R2.0
My budget is $25 below.

Make sure you select 1600 speed memory with CL 9 or lower. I would also recommend buying 2 of these, so that you can enable dual channel memory on your motherboard, which will result in up to 15% faster performance, and having 8GB of memory will help your system run better.

But there's no cl9 with 1600 speed. If cl9 then the speed is not 1600 on the list.
