[help] after 5 minutes Speaker laptop no sound ?

I have problem with my laptop audio { Hd audio device] every 5 minutes after starting program my laptop speaker lost sound. but when I put the headset into mylaptop, I can hear the sound in laptop, although audio logo in the taskbar say "the audio service is not running". I have tried to reinstall audio device but after 5 minutes the sound of laptop speakers disappear. So i must put Headset to play audio .
My Laptop is Toshiba satelite c64
OS Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit
If i put my computer in sleep mod or logging off ) my sound back for 5 min.

I suggest a virus. Try the free version of malwarebytes at:

but if i change HD AUDIO DEVICE to Conexant audio. my speaker is active but lagging , missing sound every few second

Have you tried going into the device manager:
Click start type device manager in search box.
Click the arrow by "Sound, Video and game controllers" right click on "High Definition Audio Device" click uninstall -> then go to windows update and have windows update install the drivers**

**once you uninstall it might prompt saying new found hardware installing drivers.

Please check your battery, Actually separate driver is for speaker power supply.After 5 minutes it will discharge completely and thus speaker working will stop
