Help after installing GPU?

I installed my new GTX 1070 ti into my PC and have encountered a couple of problems:

- my GPU has started to sag. Here’s a link to the video I posted.

- I was playing ac origins for 5 minutes then my PC came up with the screen ‘Your PC has ran into a problem. We’re collecting some error info and then we’ll restart it for you’
The pc was running fine before I was playing it though.

Yeah thats what im currently doing, installing windows onto a USB stick installing off of that.
I forgot to say i went from an RX 480 to this, but i used DDU to uninstall drivers.
