HELP!!! All games on 49 fps!!!

Hello, this is my first post here, I do really like these forums they have been very helpfull.

My problem is, I have been recentrly playing Crysis 2 and had problems wit h the picture, sometimes was wndow mode, some times I was struggling with VSYNC etc etc.

AND NOW All my games run at a locked 49 fps with vsync on!!!?? whats going on? Im playing Tomb Raider, Crysis 3, Battlefield 4 ....all of them locked at 49 fps, when I disabled the Vsync I get like 138 fps but with screen tearing, then again I switch to vsync mode and it locks at 49.

I check my Monitor configuration its at 60hz, I´ve also turn on and off vsync from Nvidia Control Panel, Re Install Nvida Drivers, etc.

I don not know what it is........

My system is GPU 770,s SLI and Core i7 870 OC 3.9ghz , Win 8 Enterprise

This is a long shot, but is there maybe a possibility that you changed your screen resolution to a setting that uses 49 Hz refresh rate on your monitor? Vsync tends to cap your frame rates at the refresh rate of your monitor. IE if you have a 120 Hz monitor, you should be capped at 120. If you have a 60 Hz monitor then you're capped at 60. My monitor lists modes with 59, 60 and 75 Hz.

Thanks, my monitor is a LED TV SAMSUNG 40" , but in the configuration it is at 60hz , I have always played my games at 60 , I have 2 days with these problem, and it showed when I instaled or played Crysis 2 ..... I will keep searching
