Help amd intel

I don't want to spend a ton if money I need opinions I guess I already have

CPU- fx 4130
Mobo- ga-78lmt-usb3
Gpu- Radeon 6670

I wanted to upgrade mobo and get a 8350 with a r9 290x but..... Everyone is saying get a intel build so I was wondering is it actually worth it and also if I can reuse everything else on my pc like my hard drive and ram I already bought a 850w power supply I just don't want to have to build a whole new pc
Basically I'm asking if I get a intel mobo and CPU can I just stick that in my case and use everything else if not what would is have to change

yes the intel is better but at the same time you could get the 8350 and this

for less than 400 bucks which will make your system great. Yes the 8350 wont push the 290 as good as an intel but still very good for the money.
