Does my hp pavilion p6t desktop intel® coretm i3-2130 3.4ghz have an pci express cable or cable input in it as I would like to install a new graphics card?

It probably has a crappy, low-wattage PSU that will hinder what you can install.

At most you'll probably be able to go as high as a GTX 750ti.

yes but does it even have a pci e cable because I did not see one inside

How am I supposed to know?

If you've looked in there and didn't see a free 6-pin cable coming from the PSU floating around then, no, it's obviously not in there.
