Hello, i recently bought a new gaming PC, when i'm playing this game called ARK: Survival Evolved, i'm getting random FPS-DROPS-FREEZE for 1-3 when im running fast or flying over the trees. I recorded the FPS drops im getting and uploaded the video on Youtube, i'll post the link here so you can see it. Can you please tell me what's causing this problem?
Video that i recorded; PLEASE LOOK AT THE FPS STATS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE SCREEN IT DROPS TO LIKE 1-5FPS AND THEN BACK TO NORMAL. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbQuIAtgywM

I call it random because not all the games does this. I play lots of other games and never seen anything like this.

Ark isn't anything like "lots of other games." All the "survival open world" games have to load data on the fly, and lots more of it compared to other games that might "look" similar and they cause FPS drops like that because it has to load and unload a lot of new data to memory.

This game is still in early access. It won't officially release until summer 2016(NA).

I run a dedicated server and can tell you the server side shows no performance hit during these FPS drops\Rubberband events. Our tribe is starting to suspect the "server world save" that is set to every 15 minutes by default is causing client side issues. I suspect some sort of cache event on the client HDD\SSD.
