Help! Artifacts and Crashes

Hello everyone

I've attached my build below. I built this pc for gaming back in october last year.( about four months ago). I've ran already ran into gpu artifacts twice. The first time happened after I played for about a month. I started to see green flickering lights and "bugs". At first the game would crash, lets say, after an hour of gaming (ex. Pubg). A few days later it can only run the game for about 15 minutes. So I had to contact the support and got a replacement. I received my replacement gpu in december and started using it since then. Two days ago, there was artifacts and crashes. This time it's got worse. After it crashed a few times I couldn't start the computer. The monitor would not pick up a signal. I tried pressing the caps key and the light indicator was not working therefore I assume the system is down as well. I switched PCIE slots and it didn't work. I unplugged the gpu and connected the display cable to cpu which successfully started up the computer. Therefore I believe it was the gpu that's causing the problem. But could gpu stop the system from starting up? I thought when gpu broke you will get black screen and didn't know if it affects the system in that way. My room has a carpet so it is dusty. I play games like pubg, cod, rust, and other games with good graphics and often have them on the highest setting. Sometimes I'd have the computer running the game for 12 hours and plus ( I play alot during weekends). I use the Asus tweak and the gpu temp. never gets over 80C but when I do long time gaming, it does stay around 75 to 79C. Cpu temp. never gets over 70C. I have the gpu in the oc settings but kept the cpu in default. Does anyone know what is the reason that causes the gpu to crash to many times (I've broke two of them)?

" But could gpu stop the system from starting up?"
Yes

" I thought when gpu broke you will get black screen and didn't know if it affects the system in that way. "

You can get artifacts while the card is in the process of completely failing.

I know it doesn't sound all that likely....but it really sounds to me like you have another bad card.
