hello pc community i have asrock 960gc-gs fx and it 3 beeps every time with ddr 3 and ddr2 and older am2 cpus and i have nothing left to think anymore pls help

Right Now it Has Athlon x4 640 (worked before the beeping )

tested it with gpu without gpu and igpu nothing seems working changed the cmos and cleared it nothing no post 3 beeps

Do you have both DDR3 and DDR2 installed at the same time? If so, use only one type at a time and try.

they are not installed at the same time

Are they installed in the correct spot on your motherboard?

yes there is 2 DDR2 slots and 2 DDR3 slots and i tried everything

ofcourse i checked the motherboard support site for cpus and neither does my athlon 64 x2 5200+ work or athlon 64 3200+ but they are supported

What GPU do you have installed? Have you tried resetting the BIOS?

From what i read the 3 beeps mean system memory is having an issue, So your ram could be kaput.

i have gt 630 or hd 4670 for testing purposes how can i reset the bios?

Didn't the OP already state they did the CMOS reset? From what i read based on the motherboard the 3 beeps mean system memory is having an issue so the OP may need to check new Ram modules.
