So guys , i have asus all in one PC and for a little while in this past week ,my Monitor can suddenly blackout and keep saying "no signal " .
It doesnt happen periodically , it happen randomly sometimes it doesnt appear in 1-2 hours ,but sometimes it can appear every 10 seconds .
I try to download " speccy " to check on my PC Temperature .
When the first time i turn my PC on and check the temperature of the processor , it says "43 o Celcius" but the issue still occured .
And now it has "63 o celcius" on the processor and the issue still occured too .
and my PC is using some kind of AC Adapter for the main power, can it be that this adapter is the issue ? the temperature of the Adapter is quiet hot now ,
please help !it even takes 10 times of blackout just to post this thread !
this's so annoying i cant even use my computer for about 10 minutes . thank you !

PC SPEC :
i5 - 2400S Cpu @2.50 Ghz
NVIDIA GeForce 610M
4 gb ram
Mobo : Asus ET2210
AC Adapter : ADP-135FB B 100-240V ~ 2.4 A 50-60 Hz ( i dont really understand what's the normal volt / amphere for PC )

Solution
Hello Guys !
Sorry for the late reply before .
So , i try to fix it myself , it turns out the problem was come from the "Touch Screen" in my Asus All in One PC
I've tried to turn off my touch screen from "Touch and Pen" . but it doesnt work .
So i get into my BIOS and "Disable" the "Touch Panel" and VOILA ! The problem is gone !!!
i hope someone with the same problem with me can read this too .
btw thanks guys for the help !
The temperatures have nothing to do with this, and the temperatures you mention also are fine. This usually happens when a cable from the pc to computer is unplugged. Since you have an All-in-one, I guess internally in the PC/monitor housing there is a loose cable. Since it is only a week old I would just return it and have it fixed.

@bootcher i think you got it wrong , the issues of this "no signal" occured about 1 week ago . not the PC . i bought the PC 4 years ago XD . my all in one PC only have 1 cable attached and it's the main power cable . does it means i need to change the cable and the AC Adapter at once ?

Ok I see. So no, there is no need to change the AC adapter or its cable. This in internal problem of the PC. The monitor for some reason is not receiving a display signal, which it then displays. I suspect the internal cable from the GPU to the monitor is loose or broken.

To fix this someone will have to open up the PC and check if the connection between monitor and GPU is good.

There are cables inside the computer, not just THE power cable you plug in.
It is one of these connectors that may have gotten loose, or your video chip could be failing as well.

FYI I generally do not advise all-in-one PCs. You are basically paying more for a laptop you can not take with you. With laptop parts you have lower performance, limited upgradeability and most importantly: if a part fails then you cant just get do down to your local store and get a new standardized part, at best you can search the internet for a used replacement.for that exact model of computer.

i ever tried open up this PC . FYI , i dont really understand in this kind of component , which one is the Graphics cards and which one is which . lol . too complicated . unlike usual PCs , i try to just clean the dust inside it yesterday , and VOILA , it working fine . for about half of the day . and today it back to its no signal disease . i guess bring it to the PC Service Center is the best idea ?

yeah , i ever tried to open this PC and couldnt find which one is the graphics card cable .

hmm i know it too . if i remember it right , i bought this PC because of my previous house 4 years ago . it's quiet small , so i dont have any space to spare for 2 PCs , my lil bro said that he doesnt want to has a laptop , he want a PC , thats why i decided to bought this All in One PC , Space Saving and quiet cool i guess ( have touch screen thats quiet rare 4 years ago ) i have my real PC and this All In One is my lil bro's .

Solution

I am having literally the exact issue with the same asus all-in-on. I have looked everywhere to solve this problem I hope this works!

Hey Konstantin_Kevin I was wondering if your Screen is still working? I have the exact computer/same age/ same problem and tried your solution. The touch screen option was already turned off in my control panel's Pen and touch menu. I disabled the touch panel through the BIOS and restarted. 30 mins later the same problem happened. Black screen then a "no signal" message. The screen stays of for..30 seconds or so like its cycling to another panel or something and then it will turn back on. It will randomly turn off at any time. It can cycle on and off for any amount of times. I have looked all over the internet trying to solve the issue and I had hopes that your solution would work because I know it is something silly like the touch screen that is causing it. Please let me know if your screen is still working since you fixed it, thanks!
