Help! Asus mobo won't boot!

Hi, I have the following:

Mobo: asus p7p55d-e pro
I7 -870 stock
8gb corsair ram
750w corsair psu
Asus gtx 560ti
Seagate hdd

This setup worked perfectly for about 3 years. Had literally 0 problems

Now: after getting the normal beep at startup, in about 4 seconds I get another beep (same pitch/lenght) right after the boot led (which is red) turns off and the pc doesnt boot. Im not sure if any info gets on screen since my monitor doesnt support Dos.

Sequence of stuff: power on - normal beep - red boot led on - normal beep - red boot led off - pc stays on / doesnt boot

Any ideas as to what happened?

Do you have 2 pieces of ram sticks for that 8gb?

Try removing one then booting up, and vice versa
