Help: ASUS P7P55D EVO BIOS update Windows 7

Hi guys. I wanted to update the BIOS on my ASUS P7P55D Evo board. Can I use the ASUS Utility Tool to do this via Windows 7? I've read that I can with ASUS UPDATE 7.16.01 but can't find the download for the tool at the site. First of all, can I update the BIOS through Windows 7, and if so, where can I find the utility to do it? Is it on the original disc?

Just use EZ Flash 2 in the BIOS itself. Put the new BIOS on a USB drive and click on EZ Flash 2 in the BIOS to start the update. You may have to direct it to the file, but after that, it's automatic.

Going to try this when I get home. I just downloaded the latest BIOS update to a fresh USB stick.

Just for peace of mind, the latest BIOS is all I need correct? There are a number of BIOS' available, but the latest should be cumulative, in the sense that it includes everything prior. Correct?
