Just put together this system.

ASUS P8Z77-V Pro
i7-3770k CPU
Sapphire HD7950 OC
2x8Gb G.Skill F3-12800 DDR3 SDRAM
Adata SX-900 256Gb SSD
Antech EA-750 Green 750W

System powers up, but there's no video signal and no beep. Removed the video card and connected to onboard video, but same results. No Video signal and no beep.

Would seriously appreciated any ideas on how to fix this.

Solution
Use a single memory module, clear CMOS and see if the system will POST. IF not, remove from the PC case, place on non-conductive surface and try again. Also check CPU socket for any bent pins.

Thanks all, turns out the ram sticks weren't making a full connection. This is the first M/B that I've ever seen where the ram retention clips only open on one end. Consequently, you seriously need to push down hard on the end that doesn't open up. Not sure why they would design it like that.
