The motherboard has the proper PCI Express x16 slot yes.

Whether your computer can run that card depends on the power supply you have having enough wattage, and if it can actually physically fit inside your case.


Before you buy that 8400, i would make a post with your budget and ask people for help in choosing an actual gaming card.
