Version 2301 is the newest BUT IMO you should not have updated to that version unless you have a Ryzen 3000 series CPU, which is not out yet.
But since you already did I suggest that you power down your PC and unplug the PSU.
Then press the power button for 5-10 seconds to drain any residual power from the MB -(the leds on the IO shield will turn off).
Then open your case and touch a flat bladed screw driver to the 2 clear cmos pins for at least 10 seconds.
Then plug the PSU back in and start the PC.
Tap the DEL key repeatedly and hopefully the BIOS screen will load.
You might see a message to press F1 to reset the BIOS to default settings, if so press F1 and go into the BIOS and exit choosing to save the current settings.
Then reboot again and see if it will boot into Windows.
If it does you can leave the BIOS at the Optimized Default settings or reboot and change settings to you liking.
If this process does not work the first time, start at the first step I listed and do them all again.
It may take 2 or 3 times to work.
If it doesn't work after 3 tries post back here and we can go from there.
