hi, I'm not very familiar with BIOS.

I saw, under Cell Menu, these options:

CPU FSB Clock 200 MHz
DRAM Clock Mode by SPD
DRAM Clock DDR440

I tried to tweak the FSB clock up and discovered I can only do this up to 280 MHz.

Is it safe to increase the FSB? Is this overclocking?

Athlon64 2800+, 640KB Cache, 1800 MHz
MSI K8M Neo-V, VIA K8M800 + 8237 chipset
Sapphire Atlantis Radeon 9600 256MB
DDR400 512MB RAM

If you are doing such things you need careful monitoring of your CPU speed, temperature and voltages. Try installing MBM5 and run stability tests with prime95.
