HELP! Black/blank screen, sound freeze, and some other problems

Hey guys, please help me.. I have some problems with my pc recently..
The problems are:
-Black/blank screen with frozen sound on Dirt Rally.
-Black/blank screen with frozen sound but game still playing in the background on Assetto Corsa. (confirmed by shifting to 1st gear using my steering wheel, and accelerate, and it still gave me the force feedback from the steering wheel like i normally would i play it.)
-Blue screen with "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (dxgmms2.sys)" error and frozen sound on Dota 2.
-Sometimes it doesn't post, but a hard reset fixes this issue
-Sometimes it doesn't turn on, (fixed by unplugging it and plugging it again)

My system specs are: (with age if that helps lol)
-AMD FX8120 @4ghz (around 2 years old)
-Asus m5a97 r2.0 (3.5 years old i think)
-Cooler master watercooler (2 years old)
-HIS r9 280x (1.5 years old)
-Kingston hyperx fury 4x4gb (1 year old)
-wd green 2tb (1.5 years old)
-enermax naxn 650w 80+ bronze (2 years old)

Here's the list of what i did to my pc to resolve the problem but the problem still exists:
-Checked the hdd using hdtuner and the results are no errors, and health status is ok
-Checked for memory errors using memtest. (ran 3 passes) (no errors)
-Updated the gpu driver
-When it happened the gpu is in safe temps ~70 celsius

AMD FX8120 is a hot CPU. After using it for two years, some dust/lint will usually accumulate enough to prevent the heatsink to dissipate the heat properly. When it's too hot, the cpu will throttle and cause strange situations. I suggest to clean the PC really well inside and out first. The graphics card may not run hot but it could still the problem. I will also clean that one well too.

I use a cooler master watercooler on my cpu to cool the 8120, and its sitting around 60-70 celsius. I'll add it to the specs list

How about the graphics card? Is it fairly clean?
