I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 and now I have about a 1/4 inch black border around my screen on the left, right and top sides of my monitor.
Before the upgrade the display went to the top and bottom of the bezel and only had a slight black border on the left and right side that would go away when I played games like Dirt 3 or Skyrim, but would always be there when just doing general things in Windows like browsing the web.
I have tried the most common fixes and can't seem to find anything useful to solve this issue. I can assure you that my resolution is set to 1920x1080p and I have installed the most recent updates to the graphics card drivers and the most recent CCC version today (15.7.1) all to no avail. I have also confirmed that my under/overscan in CCC is set at 0% and that the preferred scaling mode is set to scale image to full panel size.
My graphics card is the MSI Radeon R9 280 and my monitor is the Acer H236HLbid. Please help!
