(help) Black screen after starting windows (trojan)

I discovered a trojan on my computer the other day. I'm pretty sure it's gone now. But every time I start my computer and login to my acount, I get a black screen. I can do ctrl-alt-del. If I log out and just log back in imediatly. Everything works fine.
Can anyone please help me with this?
