Question HELP black screen from bios changes

So my PC was fine for the over 2 years I've had it until I noticed my ram was running at 2666 instead of 3600 so I went to change some things in bios and my screens won't register a display. They tell me no signal. I've tried resetting the CMOS and removing the battery to no avail

What is the rest of your system, cpu, motherboard etc?

Asus TUF B550 plus WiFi
Ryzen 5 3600
32 GB trident Z Neo (running at 2666 instead of 3600 which is what I was trying to fix in bios

I don't think its my motherboard but I'm going to connect a speaker to it and see I'd it does a post beep

What did you change in BIOS exactly? Did you just enable XMP or were you tweaking with the other settings?

I loaded optimized defaults and changed ram speed to what they're supposed to be. I'm able to get back in bios and it displays. I have been able to get back to logging in but I'm scared if I turn it off, It'll happen again
