HELP! Black screen on start, 3D graphics not working....

Greetings friends.
So I had my PC shipped to me for an editing job.
Weirdly Premiere CC works fine. But when I play any game that uses 3-d, Act of agression and CnC for example I get a fuzzy pink and green screen. Darkest Dungeon works fine....maybe cuz its not 3-d graphics?

Also I want to re-install OS. But When I boot the PC all I get is a black screen for like 5 minutes, then it goes directly to blue screen asking which OS I want to use.(I have 2 HDD, one for gaming, one for edits)

Tried updating the driver...nothing.
Help?

Do you have a disk copy of your OS?

Have you checked to see if your hard drive's have any corruption as this is the only reason I think that this could happen. Also have you tried un-installing the drivers and un-installing the 3D software and then reinstalling it?

I can try uninstalling the drivers and the card tmrw. I havent had it connected to the internet so maybe that will help when I move into my new place. How do you uninstall just the 3-d?
Also this may sound noob but how do you check for corruption in HDD?

I'm really sorry but I have forgotten how to do that and can't seemed to figure out how I did it.
