HELP ! blue screen after finish build

Hi could any one please help me on understanding this

i've had the blue screen 3x today after finishing my build the lasted parts i fitted are

fx 4170 cpu with the cooler it came with
asus 7770 1GB gddr5 gpu
Kingston hyper ddr3 8gb 1600mhz

i've done no OC due to i dont no how to,

best thing about this is my computer aint doing any thing just on the net or just on desktop

i couldn't get any info when the blue screen come up due to it only up for no longer then 5 second
i've checked all the drivers and all are up to date
the cpu temp is has now 12C in (core Temp 1.0) but in asrock oc tuner says 38C so which one do i go by??

[make sure you have the bios up to date. a lot of bios will be for cpu and ram codes. asrock bios is reading fine the other software is not. try hardware monitor or fanspeed to read your temps. with ram check that your ram is on the mb guild. if you think it a ram issue put in one dimm in a0 or a1 and see if it blue screens. also run cpu-z look at the memory and spd info tabs.
then go into the bios ans check that the mb read the spd right and set the ram speed..voltage and timing (ie (9-9-9-24t).

BCCode D1 is a driver problem. Boot into safe mode and install new drivers for your video card (the most likely culprit).

hi thanks for your help i check the gpu drivers off asus website and i got the up to date driver and my bios is up to date and the ram is for my motherboard and i also reset bios, i also got windows to do a test on the ram and that came out fine

i like to know if it my hhd coz i use piriform defraggler and it saying disk health has WARNING so could that be it???? due to all my rig is new out of the box apart form my hhd

if any one got any ideas to improve my rig i would like to hear and how do you OC the ram and cpu and would that help

plus do any know what BCCODE 124 is??? has that was the last one to pop up before i staring testing and resetting bios
