I was in the middle of playing Fallout 4 when I get a blue screen, I don't know which it was. But ever since then, I've been getting blue screens non stop. After I sign in, and am at the desktop, I only have about 2 or 3 minutes left before the cycle continues. My specs are:
●Intel i7 7700k CPU
●EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 SC GPU
●Corsair 450W 80+ Bronze PSURE
●MSI Z270 - A PRO Motherboard
●4x4GB GeIL EVO POTENZA DDR4 2133 Memory (16GB)
●Some WD Hard Drive from 2014, 500GB storage my (trusted) friend donated to me
●Windows 10 Pro

I'm not smart, but I already did some testing. I took out the gpu, which did absolutely nothing to help, so it may not be a psu problem. Here are the errors I get, they aren't consistent:
●KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED
What failed: rt640x64.sys
●KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED
What failed: CLASSPNP.SYS
●KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED
What failed: NTFS.sys
●DRIVER OVERRAN STACK BUFFER
●MEMORY MANAGEMENT
●KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE
●IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
●SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION
●CRITICAL PROCESS DIED

As I've said, I used to not get more than 2 or 3 minutes on my desktop before it restarts again. When I tried to go into Safe Mode from the Windows menu by holding shift and clicking restart, I got this error message:
"TriggerModeMonitor.exe - Application Error
'The exception unknow software exception (0xe0434352) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFB59AE3FB8'"

And when I did the same thing in the lock screen, the only option was to turn off the computer.

But things changed now, when I log in to my account and am at the desktop, the normal desktop appears, but all of my desktop shortcuts are gone, the Taskbar is gone, and the cursor is gone until the screen goes black. When the screen is black, I can move my mouse but there's nothing to interact with. I can use contro + alt + delete and use task manager, but after a whIle on Task manager I get this error:
●SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION
What failed: Win32kbase.sys

I'm screwed so bad, aren't I? So this has been the only time I've ever seen this, but when I'm in that black screen I talked about earlier, I got a handful of these messages(a popup window):
●"WerFault.exe Application Error
'The instruction at 0x0000000077AC9ACE referenced memory at 0x000000009721EF58. The memory could not be read.
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program'"
●"nvcontainer.exe Application Error
'The instruction at 0x0000000077AC9ACE referenced memory at 0x000000009721EF58. The memory could not be read.
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program'"

Clicking OK and CANCEL appears to close the popup, because the popup flashes as if it did close. One of these errors come up one at a time, and clicking either will randomly choose either.

I originally thought it was either a driver issue or a hard drive issue. Now I'm thinking it's definitely a virus. If I don't get a good enough answer or if someone bears bad news, I'll reinstall windows, that's a last resort. PLEASE HELP

Solution
If ccleaner is installed boot into safe mode / go to tools / startup and disable / delete the triggermonitor.exe entry

While you're there, uninstall the LAN drivers. Get them from the mobo's site with something else

Uninstall the Nvidia drivers. Then use ddu uninstaller to remove everything to do with it
