Help! Blue screen on crash!?

Hi all,

I dont know how long before my system will crash again. I just upgraded from 32 bit to 64 bit windows 7 a matter of hours ago, and this never happened in 32 bit (had it for 2 years)...My comp has crashed twice in last 10 minutes with the following error log that will show up when I reboot:

It may be helpful for you to put up your system specs and tell us how you went about the install.

Try booting up in safe mode. If still the BSOD occurs, then it could be a hardware related problem.

Could you please attach the dump files, so that we can take a look at them ?
