Help!! Blue screens & freezing

My computer isnt working right. It blue screens and freezes so frequently it leaves my PC unusable!! I'm not a very knowledgeable about computers so simple steps please!! I'm on windows 10, and my blue screen usually gives me IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error on it. I can't even get to log in at this point so I don't know how to get the minidump file to you here. I've tried reseting windows 10 but that didn't do anything for me. Help please!! This has been going on for quite a while now.
