Help boot problem!!

hi all

i ran a program called ccleaner to try and optimize my laptop but now indows won't boot and it says there is no recovery point oir back up data please tell me as this is my dads laptop i can get the pictures he has on it. thanks in advance for any help

Ccleaner will ask if you want to back up the regisry. Did you do this?

yes i did make a back up and saved it in documents but when it runs repair it doesn't find any solution and can't find any restore point

Try booting into Safe Mode to get into windows
go to your My documents folder
Right-click on the .REG file created and select 'Merge'.

Doing this will restore the registry to where it was before you ran CCLeaner and should get it fixed (good thing you did create the backup !)
Then shut down and retry booting normally
