Help booting windows with usb dvd reader please!

Ok guys, so the thing is that i have an external dvd reader connected via usb. I just finished connecting my motherboard so I have to install windows 7. The problem is that when I have to select the boot device I am given 4 options and I don't know which one I have to use.
The options are:
Standard usb ms/sm/sd/cf reader or sth like that.
The other porblem is that I tried to boot with all the options but my usb dvd reader isn't spinning. What can I do?
