HELP BSOD ntoskrnl.exe at startup windows 10

I clean installed my windows 3 days ago and i have multiple BSOD this week, and all of them are on startup windows, before i clean install i have this BSOD too on startup, clean install isn't help afterall

This BSOD only appear when i shut down my pc for 5+ hours and boot it up, if i regular restart or shut down for like 1 hour it wont cause BSOD (strange). It caused by ntoskrnl.exe. And im not OC my hardware. My ram was oc'ed via XMP profile when the first BSOD happened, and then i disable the XMP profile and still this morning i got the BSOD too.

Ive checked my ram with memtest 4 passes and its normal

- win 10 64 PRO (latest update)
- MSI GTX 970 Gaming

- wdc 1tb sata3 64mb - caviar blue

Looks like your ntoskrnl.exe is corrupted
Do a sfc /scannow in admin cmd
Also check with a good antivirus. Maybe your pc is infected.
