HELP! Budget PC Build

Hello, So I am currently building a budget gaming rig, and the goal is $500 or below. So here is what I have thus far. Any opinions, Comments, or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Case: DIYPC Solo-T1-R $28.79
GPU: EVGA Geforce 750ti Superclocked $159.99
PSU: EVGA 430W
Ram: Klevv Neo 8Gb 1600 Mhz $56.99
Mobo: MSI Z87-G41
CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 (Overclocked to 4.8Ghz)
CPU Cooler: EVGA CPU Cooler $43.98

Solid build would switch mobo to this one http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=13-157-512 comparable specs but slightly cheaper. With the cheaper mobo would recommend upgrading the case.
