I've been through a lot of research and finally decided to post here to get real time response.

I'm looking into building a $600 at most budget PC that can do High setting gaming without the risk of overheating. (games like Skyrim, Dota2, DMC5, and maybe BF 3 or 4 if playable)

I'm also gonna use it for rendering AutoCad designs and video editing in Adobe

I know it may be impossible but i hope somebody can help.

P.S. First time build
Every response is highly appreciated! :) Thanks.

Any chance a G.Skill 8gb ram can be placed in there and probably a better looking case too. I like it to look cool even it is a budget pc. And is it upgradable to next gen CPU and GPU since im planning on upgrading late this year. Thanks
