can someone help me build a pc with a gtx 970 (the reference one) and with a cfi boreallightcase. I dont want the intel processors maybe a good amd one ;D tanks you guys

Well AMD is cheaper. But at that price range, get an i5. It is quite a bit better. Check this build out.

Well i thought amd was a little cheaper and a price range from 800-1000 at least maybe a little mroe if needed

Ill take this one into consideration just one quick questiin. Can i possibly upgrade to a i7 4770 or 4790 (non k ) in the future? and thank you very much man and do i need water cooling on the cpu ?

Yes, you can upgrade to both the 4770 or 4790, both K and non K versions. You won't need water cooling unless you want to do some extensive overclocking. If you want to mess around with a little overclocking, I would suggest getting the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo.
