Help building a gaming pc around $420 budget

Hey please I really need help. would all of this components be compatible? also would you recommend I make a change? I would really not like to go above $415. I would like to use this gaming pc to play games like (GTA V, BF1, OVERWATCH, and other big tittles) at around 60FPS. Do you think it will be capable of playing them at around 60fps? please I really need help with this. Also this would be my first build and I don't really know a lot about like clock speeds or stuff like that so please try to be as clear as possible, THANK YOU! Yup, your computer is completely capable. To be hitting 60 fps you would have to lower some settings but thats just how it works on a low budget. Its all compatible also.
