Help building a high-end/gaming PC

I am building a high-end/gaming PC. I would really appreciate some advice and any issues that the following build may display.

That's a good build except the powersupply is overkill unless you are going to SLI.

Side note: DAMN things cost a lot more (at least the gpu) in the AU than here. 520 for a 970.
