Help Building a PC

Hey everybody, today i´m here becouse i need help for a Gaming/Working PC. My budget it not a lot, just 800$. I dont need monitor, speaker of thing like that, only the CPU. I can´t buy from newegg becouse they don´t accept international cards, so i only can buy from AMazom.

I have been looking for the internet and i found thar directx 12 is going to improve a lot AMD proccesors, but i want thinking to buy an i5 4590, so and dont really know wich is going to be the best company right now. About the GPU i found that r9 300 were a huge dissapointment. They are just rebrands with HMB and a highter price.

800 ? that's a good budget you could buy a physical graphics card and a i7 cpu or a really good amd cpu just be sure to get a a good bit of ram 7-8 GB minimum and u want to get a quad core cpu or a really badass dual core. also u want to get a really good power supply that allows for upgrades it took me 400 dollars to build my first pc and it can run battlefield 4 on ultra settings I could direct u to some good parts on amazon if u would like
