Here are the current components that im interested in:

CPU: Intel Core i7 7700K

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX1070 SC Gaming ACX 3.0 8GB

Motherboard: MSI Z270-A PRO

Memory RAM: Crucial 16GB DDR4 2133MHz PC4-17000 CL15

and for a cooler someone recommended me this one: Cryorig H7

But i have heard that the Hyper Evo 212 was good too, which one you guys recommend?

and also, can you guys recommend me a Power Supply? doesnt have to be expensive, but a Gold one would be great.
(something similar to a EVGA SuperNova 750 G2, or would that one be good enough at a reasonable price?)

Thanks in advance

Any particular reason for going with Kaby Lake? Coffee is already out there and as you're getting an overclockable CPU + Z MOBO why not consider it?

Hyper 212 is good but is very budgety, the H7 or H5 are IMHO better options, if you wanna go with a safe pick, any Noctua cooler should be plenty.

There's no need to get that much wattage if you're not going to SLI that 1070, a good 550W should be more than enough. SuperNOVA G2 or G3 550W are great choices, even a SeaSonic S12 520W are good as well. If you wanna a bit of headroom 650W is plenty.

Im sorry for my ignorance, but what did you meant by coffee?

And there is no particular reason for choosing those components, im just asking for help and do to some research to make a PC

Thanks for the quick replys

Coffee Lake is the new 8th generation Intel.

6 Core 12 Thread vs 4 Core 8 Thread of the Kaby Lake.

Coffee Lake uses the new Z370 Motherboards.

Never be sorry for asking something, friend :)

By Coffee i meant Coffee Lake, the newest Intel's CPU generation, it's 8th to be precise. It's a big improvement over the other gen, as the number of physical cores is higher, providing a better solution for gaming and working. The best mainstream CPU (IMHO) right now is the 8700K (just like the 7700K you picked, but a gen higher and with more cores).

With that, you would just have to switch up to a Z370 mobo as well, every other piece in that build may stay just like they are and you will get a better performance overall in your system.

Can you send me some links so i can see those cpu's? and are they more expensive?

For example this one? https://www.plurais.pt/shop/processadores/22658-intel-core-i7-8700-32ghz-12mb-lga-1151-coffee-lake.html?from=kelkoo

intel® Core I7 8700 3.2GHz 12MB LGA 1151 ( Coffee Lake)

Thanks in advance

As they are fresh new and have more cores they are a bit more pricey, yes. But the performance gain is worth it IMHO.

There's nothing wrong in going Kaby, but if you want the current top quality for gaming, then the 8th intel gen is the way to go.

I've got a few things to say.

1) You said that you didn't have a reason for choosing these components. I think it's important to have good hardware balance, meaning that the system should be built for what you'll use it for, not just throw in what looks good and wonder why it doesn't do what you want it to. For example, building a powerful "gaming" machine might not have the resources that you'd need for something like high resolution video editing.

2) The Hyper 212 EVO is alright if you're on a really tight budget. It's loud with higher wattage CPUs, and is a series of recurring headaches to get the mounting to cooperate.

3) You didn't list a case. You are aware that the case is more than just an aesthetic decision, right? Choosing a case with good cable management, room to expand and ample cooling will greatly help you in the future when it's time for upgrades.

4) When choosing a power supply, the 80+ certifications (Bronze, Gold, Platinum, Titanium, etc) can pretty much be ignored nowadays. The 80+ certifications are only efficiency certifications (how much power is drawn from the wall vs how much is available to the system), and does not represent actual unit quality in any way. Many high quality 80+ Bronze units will completely wipe the floor with lower quality 80+ Gold units in terms of staying quiet and keeping the system from crashing due to power issues.

To sum it up, I need to know these things to be able to help you:
1) What is your budget?
2) What country do you live in? I need this information so I can calculate for local prices.
3) What will this machine be used for? Gaming, recording/streaming, video editing, programming, etc.

Ok, this PC is not for me, its a gift, and currently i guess my budget is until 1,500€ more or less, and im trying to seek for the best parts possible to make a good pc, for a gaming pc/ (using emulators), and therefor if i find something a bit better, i will go for it, i had in mind an i7 7700k until someone recommend me the new one i7-8700, which is just around 30€+ of a difference, if i can get a better component i'll go for it, and as far for cases yes I do know it doesnt have to be fancy, just a reasonable case is good enough.

1) until 1,500€

2) Portugal

3) Gaming, streaming, and mostly emulators.

also, wouldnt those components be able to do all those stuff already? video editing, gaming , etc

If you need a OS as well, i'd cut either the SSD or get a GTX 1060 to stay in budget.
(I couldn't find Portugal in PcPartPicker, that's why i picked France, hope the price difference isn't by much.)

Instead of the GPU that its on the list that you recommended => Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1070 8GB G1 Gaming Video Card (€474.90 @ Amazon France)

Wouldnt you recommend this one instead? EVGA GeForce GTX1070 SC Gaming ACX 3.0 8GB

Someone said to go for the EVGA ones, could I hear your opinion on that? (if its better or not)

And the power supply too, i was thinking of a EVGA SuperNova G2 550 W (maybe? would that be enough)

Thanks in advance

Yes, they would be able to video edit.

PC Part Picker doesn't have a site for Portugal so I did it on Newegg and formatted like PC Part Picker so the forums wouldn't complain. Note that these links don't go to PC Part Picker, they go to Newegg, and one goes to Microsoft.com.

There is a bit of a price difference. And you're not including the price of Windows.

The EVGA SC ACX 3.0 has dedicated VRM cooling and much finer fan control, I highly recommend it.

G2 550W wouldn't be too bad of a choice, but I already used a different one in my list.

If you want a future proof PC I would actually go with AMD.
8 Cores, AM4 motherboard will most likely support then newest 7nm CPUs where intel, they keep pushing you to buy a new mobo every time a new CPU comes out.
Also the 1070 ti is a good option.

Yes, it's a best choice of a card. That list can easily be altered if you wish, i just put there which pieces would fit best for your needs IMHO, but those are not imutable :)

It is enough, but i'm afraid it's more expensive as well, therefore i opted for a cheaper, yet as good as, the G2.
